Refund and Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping with us, we do appreciate your business with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Kindly note the following before you return an item:
- Check the item before signing the delivery note or before dispatch rider leaves.
- You have 24 hours to make a complaint about returning an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition in other to make a return.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product will not be replaced.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of deliver will not be replaced.
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers will not be replaced.

Step 1- Send a detailed complaint with pictures where possible to [email protected] You can also call or WhatsApp 07000-MAGNUM to make a complaint.
(You have 24 hours to make a complaint about returning an item from the date you received it)
Step 2- We would validate your claims, once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.
Step 3- On receipt of the item, we will inspect and if item is in supposed condition, we will proceed to making payments back to you in the most convenient way possible. It might take up to 15 business days to get payment credited to you and payment will be back to the same medium through which transaction was paid for.
- Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
- Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Only cancellation request made by the means of sending a request to [email protected] will be acknowledged. We do not acknowledge any cancellation requests by other means i.e. through call
Note- Not all items all eligible for a cancellation, you will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any made-to-measure or personalized products, or products which have had their security seal opened or unsealed. When an item is not eligible for a return, it will be stated in the receipt the customer will get.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
